Rexanah Wyse, Esq. is the founder of Empowered Strategies, an organization dedicated to providing strategies and tools to clients to help families and youth unlock their potential for success.
Rexanah is a former prosecutor dedicated to changing the narrative for vulnerable populations to thrive. Rexanah’s professional experiences centers on direct service, legal advocacy, legislative affairs, and litigation geared toward multicultural populations.

As a former prosecutor, Rexanah has given a number of training presentations on truancy, early-prevention programs, internet safety, and healthy teen dating to law enforcement, educators, families, and students.
Rexanah is a graduate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree with a certificate in Public Service. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice and minor in Human in Development.
She is a licensed member of the Maryland State Bar.
Currently, Rexanah serves as the Chair of the Pathways to Education Subcommittee for the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services State Advisory Board, Board of Directors for CARECEN DC, and Directing Committee for Humble Walk.
